We lived here for five years and loved it. The staff is super responsive (I still remember the time they showed up at 3PM on Christmas Eve to fix a beeping smoke detector) and very friendly. We made many friends both with the people who work here and live here and felt like part of a caring community. Sad to leave but we needed more space. Highly recommend especially for young families

Jared and Ivan (unsuccessfully) tried to steal my application fee by allowing me to apply to a unit that wasn't actually available. They denied my request for a refund, then offered me another unit for more money which I declined. Don't let them do this to you; dispute the charge with your bank - show them this review if you have to. If this is how they treat prospective tenants I can't imagine how badly they treat you once you're signed. The apartments aren't even that nice; nothing like advertised. The unit I toured was cramped and didn't even have a light fixture in the living area. BYOL- bring your own lamp. Great place for the Amish to live, though.

Yes, you can get a tour. We have an on-site leasing office that can show you available apartments. Drop by during our business hours, or schedule ahead of time with our leasing agent. Video tours are available by request.
You can apply online or visit our leasing office to fill out an application. To apply online, visit TFC.com. In addition to the TF Cornerstone application, you’ll need the following items: a copy of photo ID, a complete copy of a recent bank statement, three consecutive pay stubs, a landlord reference letter, a $20 fee for each applicant or guarantor, and in some cases income tax returns and a letter from CPA. Additional information may be required.
We accept payments online for first month’s rent and the required security deposit. You can pay using either an ACH transfer (no fee) or a credit card (fees apply).
Brokers are welcome but not required. Our no-fee apartments allow you to rent directly from our leasing office and avoid paying a broker fee. If you are visiting with a broker, we advise that you discuss any fees before your visit.
To qualify for an apartment, you usually need to make 45 times the monthly rent. If you don’t meet this requirement, you may need a guarantor. Guarantors usually need to make 75 times the monthly rent.
