The building is well kept and the staff is great. However, the courtyard in front of the building is always full of homeless people and people fighting, screaming, threatening others, drinking, and throwing trash all over the place. It gets excessively loud. For the amount of money people pay to live here it would be nice if building management could do something about this.

I’ve been a resident for years and this place can’t keep their elevators operating at all. Every week the high rise elevators will be out, be prepared to huff up 29+ flights with your dog
