Since the management has changed, it’s been abysmal. Two months in, they accidentally charged my rent twice in one month, refunded two weeks later and then charged me a late fee. A few months after that, they accidentally credited my account so my auto payment didn’t go through, since the system was credited. I then got an incredibly hostile phone call demanding rent, which I paid, in addition to a late fee for their mistake, yet again. No apology from them. Rent has increased since I moved in, but only through loopholes they’ve exploited; instead of directly increasing rent, they’ve added additional “fees” for as many things as they can think of. This is all just the tip of the ice berg. The Biltmore is deeply troubled with Greystar. There have been frequent visits from the police regarding a domestic violence situation, also. You’ve probably read all the reviews about elevators not working, too. They’ll probably tell you that they do events each month - there’s only yoga to be honest, and that’s on Saturdays, but not really that great either. No one uses the amenity deck or game room because of the new associated fees and also because they’re just not all that useful. There are plenty of luxury apartment buildings nearby that charge the same and also offer dog daycare or a resident dog run or a swimming pool. If you’re looking here, I would advise you look at Sky with the Lifetime gym instead. Or anywhere else, literally anywhere else. I also just found out that while rearranging my apartment and going through a grieving process, which in itself is a unique and complicated process, they discarded my brother’s ashes from the hallway closet without notice. I can never get my brother back now. These are money-hungry, nasty people. That’s only a dent into describing how bad of a management company they are - how bad a group of people they are. It’s not worth the time to delve in more. Just don’t move here.

We moved into the building Dec 2021 while the elevators were being refurbished…. And they are still being refurbished. Most times there are only two elevators available and the line for them can get to the front door. And now, unbelievably, the management have hiked our rent up by 20% to renew for another year!!! It’s ridiculous.

After living here for a year the rent is now increasing by 20%. This is a rent stabilized building, but they are using a 421-a clause to add on an additional 14%. If you are planning to move here, make sure you can afford the price hike. The elevators are still an issues. One is still out of service and has been for months. To make it worse the management frequently let people book the service elevator at weekends and evenings, leading to long waits for the remaining two elevators at peak times.

Please please don’t live here. Beyond horrible experience. Haven’t got gas for almost a month now. No air in the elevator. The washer door was shattered and I contacted the building right away. Besides telling us that we’re responsible for this, they made no effort in fixing this situation. A Bosch technician came a month ago to look at it without actually fixing this. After that they told me that they couldn’t find the Bosch people anymore, while they led the person into our apartment. Yesterday they told me that since they can’t find the Bosch person, they’re going to order another washer door for us which is going to arrive in 3-4 days. Today, another person called and said that the door is ordered a month ago and will not arrive for another two weeks. If you choose to lie, the least you can do is to keep your story straight. Extremely hard to reach to the management people and everyone is telling me different stories. So now I’m basically paying 7000 a month living in an apartment without washer and gas.
