Hello. We have a vehecile that was in a wreck about 3 years ago. The vehecile was totaled and the insurance company made us surrender the title at that time. How can we sell it as is or donate it without a title?

If you surrendered the title to the insurance company then your car belongs to the insurance company now and you can't make anything off of it.
