Is it open already or by appointment only?

They take appointments. I just had one and it was much faster. The line without appointments is long and much slower. I didn't try the drive through.

The salt lake office has a drive thru.. I went on Monday at 6:40am and there was a line already for the drive thru..they started to see people at 8am. I saw a walking line and heard one of the employees asking people about the time of their appointment. I suggest you make an appointment so you don't want so much time
