If it is to register, i did what i could online then made the appt. Because of what i did ahead of time the onsite registration only took about 5 min. Because i made an appt, i only waited about 20 minites before i was seen at the desk.

It's highly preferred to make a reservation if you can, but if you're early and alright with waiting 90+ minutes then usually you can get in
I think that you have to make an appointment. Still nice, keeps waiting to a minimum.
