Hi, I used to be an ice cream clerk at the Pleasant Grove location. The hours all depend on whether or not there are enough people in the deli at the time. Since ice cream clerks are between the ages of 14-17 they do not have permission to stay after the deli's "meat slicers" have left. The deli will usually close early if they are understaffed, so if you want to make sure it's best to give them a call so you can make sure in advance.
I think I was told 9 pm when I recently asked.
The ice cream place closes the same time as the dele. If I remember the time is around 7:00 PM.
They usually close anywhere from 30 mins to an hour before the store closes. It's best to call the location you are going because I'm sure it can vary depending on the store

Usually it closes sooner for them to clean the equipment. I think the time varies by location and season.
