You are! It's just over a mile walk to get to the parade route. There won't be much parking available at the Camden stair way entrance. There are parking meters there usually, but they have been blocked off due to construction. Plus students from Rutgers park at the other meters and usually meter parking is full by 9am. I'd suggest taking an Uber there.
