Can someone help me answer the below 1. What is the good time in morning to do a walk and experience the beauty (18-Dec) 2. I am coming from Logan Square, so where should I get down from cab (uber) or they can drop me at the right location ?

I'd Google when the sun rises and sets and take your pick. If you walk down to the South Street pier at night the bridge look gorgeous at night, or picture perfect from the Jersey side with the skyline behind. Bundle up, it's really windy on the water. 1. 5th and race is where they should drop you off

Yuh can walk starting @ 5 am

Well depending on your definition of experiencing the beauty, it can be pretty much anytime you're there
