I have an appointment for May 21 after my passport is fully processed it will be May 31 my trip is for June 2 leaving only two days for delivery. So my question is do they issue a passport the same day with Appointment.

Send by mail my and my husband's passport to renew it on April 5, 2019, I have not yet been transferred and I have to go on a trip on May 26

U can call them and make sure u have a proof of travel and proof of emergency if so they will schedule ur appointment

Only if you're leaving in the next day or two. They can mail it to you within 3 or 4 days if you need it .
