Very satisfied. I wanted to have my lenses in my glasses and sunglasses replaced in Pennsylvania, because unlike other states an eye exam isn’t required— if you want them to just read the prescription off your current glasses they can. I’ve had the same prescription for ages, and when I’ve gotten the required new exam the lenses just didn’t feel right. I picked Eye Encounters pretty much at random, and they were a great choice; very helpful and honest. I thought my rimless eyeglass frames were not salvageable, and if they had recommended buying new frames I’d have been none the wiser. But they volunteered that the frames were fine and only the damaged lenses needed to be replaced. I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.

They get 5 stars for the best selection of frames. 1 star for customer service- the girls at the counter were fighting with each other when I was in there. 1 star for actually making the glasses. The guy was nice but clearly does not know what he is doing. I paid CASH for 2 designer frames. One pair were sunglasses that I could not see out of. They basically told me to get used to them. I took them to my eye docs ( whom I love but they just did not have great selection of frames) who showed me what they did wrong. I had to pay my eye doc to fix them. Word of advice- just buy your frames here and run.
