I really enjoyed the visit but every appointment I’ve had doctors, eye doctors, foot doctors etc. They always church coverage/ask about insurance, it was just a waste of time to have an appointment go through exam and be expected to pay full price when I have insurance and could’ve just left with some time wasted

This entire staff is fantastic and professional. Glasses are great too. Fantastic experience every time.

Great sales staff. I always have issues with their products. Recently, I made an appointment to be seen for contacts. I have been blind in one eye for over a decade. The website prompts you to come in for an exam. That is standard. I came in and they refused to fit me for contacts. This is despite me being blind AND having contacts for over a decade now. If you have an advanced issue, go somewhere else. They will waste your time

Great experience buying my new glasses at Warby Parker. They make you feel welcome and attended to from the moment you walk in. I was helped by Blair who not only really knows what he’s doing but has such a terrific way of going about the business of helping you pick out your new glasses. Really felt like a styling experience — one where he also directed me away from frames that wouldn’t be optimum with my prescription. I know that happens elsewhere but here it felt like a bit of an experience and laser focused on finding the best outcome for me.

progressive lenses shouldn't be bargain shopped especially with a complex prescription. typically when you spend that much on your progressive lenses then you're getting a custom fit quality lens. don't compromise your vision for something less expensive.
Yes. If your script is expired, you have to answer a series of quick questions on their iPad and they can do a short eye exam to gauge your updated prescription. Then they’ll send that out to a doctor and you’ll receive an email with your updated prescription. If the doctor determines you need an exam, they’ll reimburse the $40 in-store prescription check charge.
Here is info on their lenses: https://www.warbyparker.com/lenses
You can check your health insurance's website or call them to see who exactly they will cover. You can also submit a claim to your insurance. If you must contact Warby Parker about your insurance specifically you should call the as these questions are here to ask the community for helpful answers about the business itself
Try going into the store and see what they say.
"Eye exams cost $75 and take about 20 minutes" https://www.warbyparker.com/appointments/eye-exams/philadelphia/1523-walnut-st
They don't have them but maybe if you call them they can recommend where to get them
They should be able to with any of their frames, just call or come in to make sure
Hi Meryl! Our standard delivery time is 7-10 business days from when your order is placed. We also offer expedited shipping that would cut that down to 4-6 business days!
Don't know about parking but I recently got a pair of glasses with progressive lenses and I am very happy with them. Half the cost I would typically pay.
No walk-in eye exams. They require an appointment, but if you have your prescription you can choose your eyeglasses right then and there, and they'll be shipped to you.
60 dollars
