my review from yesterday.. was addressed and i was called apologized to and helped ((with a few helpful suggestions)) right away! Jim is a very professional person who cares deeply for his company and would do anything to make things right.... i'm so happy with how he helped me find the perfect frames for my daughter after letting me know that the frames couldn't be fixed and the reason why they couldn't be fixed. his store has great prices that are affordable and the cutest kid glasses. thanks again i will be coming to see you again in feb. when were due for new glasses. thanks again for caring!!!
