There is only one place in Pennsylvania that offers same-day service that is Scranton Pennsylvania if you go up there you can get it the same day anywhere else in Pennsylvania there is a wait even in Philadelphia there is no extra charge it is $20 so if you go to Philadelphia it is$20 and there is a 5-day weight and you have to go back and pick up your birth certificate
Pittsburgh also has same day service if you apply for it by 11:30am.
