As stated it is appointment only. If you have access to a computer you can apply for the Birth certificate and request an appointment through the Vital Records web page. My request took 2 days.
Do to Covid , there is no same day birth certificates @the time.. You have to have an appointment to even get in the bldg.. They will not see you without out one.. So when you call to make an appointment you can ask the amount because I'm note sure...
