Can an ESA go on the train

I'm pretty sure they can go anywhere a person can go.

Emotional support animal. They recommend calling for a reservation for any with special needs. I copied and pasted this excerpt from their website: "If you have had any surgery recently or are suffering from any physical condition that could limit you physically (i.e. back pain), you should contact us by phone before making your reservation." Not sure this cover ESA but recommend calling.
