How can I contact someone about an urgent ticket matter? Tickets were charged to my credit card but I have not received a ticket. Charge was dated 9/23/21 for 3 first class tickets on the November 6 train in the sum of $333.27.

When we bought our tickets we were emailed a receipt that included the tickets as well. Each ticket had a barcode of sorts they scan at the station. Did you receive an email from them?
