I noticed its inside Camp Williams. Do you need a pass to get in through the guards up front? How does it work for one to want to work out there? Or is it even an option? Also does anyone of pictures of the the gym?

Technically you can get through the guards at the gate with just your driver license. Once you're on Camp, you can use the gym if it's open.

I don't have pics. It's descent size. Unfortunately, if you're not a servicemember you can't use it. The CAC is required at gate.
