NEVER rent from this place, EXTREMELY Shady. Rent has increased over $80 in the last 6 months. They increase it and increase it until you move out, they are the WORST

I have rented from Red-E-Storage a few times and never had a issue with them before now. They no longer stand behind prorating the time you do not use their facility unless you give them a “30 day notice” which was never explained or a issue before. I guess hard times make it hard to stand up business. I have reached out for 2+ months trying to get this all resolved before I turn to this, just want everyone to be aware during a the time of moving or being between place or whatever you maybe doing Red-E-storage now adds another thing to be coordinated a 30 day notice or loss rent.

Update: Here again… we’ve had this storage unit for over 4 years now. They just raised our rent by %50!! Absolutely ridiculous. The owner is greedy and said he could care less how long we were customers. He could charge as much as he wanted because people would pay it and didn’t care if we left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY! Clean storage, friendly staff. Complaining because they randomly raise the rates of your storage unit without any notice. We are on auto pay, and just noticed the price change. When i called and talked to them about it, they basically just said, "Yeah, we do that every once in awhile". He wasn't willing to work with me or anything. Considering going elsewhere due to this. I'm not willing to be stuck at a storage unit where they can raise the rates whenever they want without letting me know.

Very clean and well maintained units! Very friendly and helpful people. Would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends!
