Is it safe in this area to walk at night? Staying at Philadelphia 201 and want to walk to the light festival but not sure what it is like at 9 pm to walk back.

I had no issues I was safe and it was late I kept my phone in my hand just in case but I was fine. I left the area around 11p

Yes very safe while we there last year

I took my kids age 5 and 8 we parked at on 8th and arch and walked to and from..our tix for 8pm we got there bout 845 and stayed til 11pm
