Please don't mislead people and say it's an open and public park, that's not accurate seeing as you have to pay $18 for admission during ther lantern festival, which takes place for a couple months, possibly longer.

Yes its litterly just a park with a carousel mini golfing and also a mini restaurant that sells food all in the park but you are able to bring your own food
