Morning if you want donuts and the speciality flavors of the day. At 11am they serve Korean chicken wings, which have interesting flavors, asian- sweet to spicy
As soon as they open
Don't wait til closing if you're going for the fried chicken, sometimes they run out before 3pm.
They have Donuts when they open but it takes a couple hours for them to get the Fried Chicken going
Not sure.. Only went once
This location runs out of stuff quick and early, but is the original Federal Donuts.

Early in the morning (despite the line) for donuts. Chicken isn't ready until lunch time
Definitely early in the day. I usually go between 9 - 10.
