Wouldn't this question be better addressed with Waffle House than this venue?: Seems foolish to ask such a question of the public when management at Waffle House should be giving you an answer as to way their Service sucks.
The phone is not a part of the waffle house atmosphere. It is a restaurant where you should eat in. You can place a to go order but not over the phone.
