Very good food. A nice woman at the door to help the people get in and out the door is a nice touch especially for a handicapped person like me. But the acoustics at the counter a TERRIBLE! Counter barely communicate with the waitress when she stood right infront of me. No idea if she could hear me when she was a few feet away! And, when the waitress did come by, she very rude. She even denied that the horrible acoustics were even bad at all. ,(When I was a kid, we referred to such a person with a crude who for a person who lacked veracity. Guess that term is no longer "politically correct." Besides, judge not lest you be judged. ).

This is honestly the worst restaurant experience ever and the lady that works here with long fake eyelashes and braids does not deserve to work here. (Aka the manager)Period! She’s rude and acts childish like you’re a grown lady act like it. There is no need to roll your eyes and talk rudely. Do your damn job. But the server Fee Fee is the kindest server in the place. They did however turn customers away that wanted to do to go orders. Not sure why because they had just taken one. This all happened July 3, 2022 at 8-9 a.mAys

No sit down only to go! Extremely busy,,the short order cook was awesome! He could remember 8 orders at once and he was working that griddle fast,,they could use another cook like him so they can get your food quicker!

Everything was delicious!! The service was great and our order was done in no time!!! The only complaint I have is that the music is extremely loud. I asked an employee if they could lower the volume and she stated that they don't control it. It was hard to hear the staff and for them to hear us. I'm sure it makes it a lot harder on the cooks since the orders are all called out to them. Come on Corporate let's do better!!!

I do not turn it off
Wouldn't this question be better addressed with Waffle House than this venue?: Seems foolish to ask such a question of the public when management at Waffle House should be giving you an answer as to way their Service sucks.
