If you never had a new ID or an ID or driver's license from Nevada. You will need to bring your birth certificate or a copy of one like an abstract of birth. Social security card and a current bill with your name on it to the mailing address you will attach to the ID or driver's license. If you do not have a bill in your name to get a copy of the rental agreement or the lease, and that will work for identification of address. If you had another identification or driver's license in a different state with a different name you're requesting here you have to validate why. With something like a marriage certificate. If that is the case.
It sounds like peace alliance used to work at the DMV as well… I would only add 1 thing to this make sure to bring and I call them name change documents so if you had 4 marriages in for nasty divorces you would need to bring your marriage certificates for each marriage and your divorce decrees for each divorce I know it's pathetic but I've seen this time and time again that people would not bring these documents and they will have to return the reason for this though is the government wants to see how your names was change to what it is now
