We serve walk-ins for movement permits, VIN inspections, kiosks and general information. Everything else requires an appontment. The office may take walk-ins if technicians are available but there are no guarantees. You may wait all day and not get in.
Yes they do. But it is a very long wait most days. I was there for 5 hours, 4 and a half of that was standing outside.
When I went I did not have an appointment and I was able to get my car registered. Waited about 1 hour in line. 9am on a Thursday.
