My husband recently went to a DMV facility with an application for a real driver's license. The new license just arrived, and it is NOT a real id license, Also, he did not indicate a desire to be an organ donor. What is necessary to correct this?

You should go back to the information line at the office and ask them to look at what is in the system. Please note we give every DL customer a printout of their information to review and sign before finalizing.
