I made the reservation by phone, went there by shanks (there was no one available to produce the pickup). One hour later, my reservation was not in the system. Even bothered to cancel. Not in my worst dreams will I nor my numerous friends ask for a service there
I experience the same thing and they don't compensate for only inconvenience
One day in May when I was there they were super busy. All l can say is keep trying. Not much help i know. Sorry.
