The experience was horrid from beginning to end. We had to wait in the beaming sun for at least an hour to rent the car. Customer service was rude and abrupt. Just have very nasty attitudes. The rental car I received was pathetic. The return process was just as aggravating. Ended up with unauthorized charges on my credit card. Countless calls were made to rectify the situation. I gave up and let my credit card company handle it.

I’m really surprised that they have 4 stars. In July 2022 I secured a car from this company. My flight was delayed being out of my control. I called and spoke to them letting them know of my late arrival they assured me everything was fine. When I finally arrive they told me all cars were rented and I wouldn’t get refunded because I did not show up on time. I had already called and gave my info on the delayed flight. They left me outside at 1am to fend for myself. They were very rude and dismissive. And I never got my rental that I purchased for an entire week. I would never go here if I were you. They said they’re subjected to car availability and if there’s no cars left you’re out of luck and won’t get a refund
