They were awesome when I rescued a salt water tank that the owner was going to let die. They took them in and gave my daughter a beta. Not sure what the other guy is talking about. They have always been super cool and showing much respect to me and my friends. Wonderful staff is my opinion.
I've had very positive experiences with multiple members of the Fish Freaks staff regarding this topic. They offered to take back (and credit) one of my fish that was showing some aggressive tendencies (luckily he straightened out with additional stocking). They also took some overgrown plants. This staff is professional, knowledgeable and will do their best to work you through your individual situation.
