As with most restaurants, the food quality and effort put into preparation has plummeted. This time, we walked in and were told "the system just went down and it will be about 15 mins." So we said ok we will sit and wait. About 4 "to go" orders were processed and handed out while we were waiting. I can understand that as maybe they were in the system beforehand. But when they started taking orders about 25 mins later at the counter and telling people it was free that made us frustrated. So we left and there were three vehicles in the drive through waiting for food. How about you come let us know instead of handing out free food to your family and then to people who just came in? Big failure Schlotzky's. Edit: Again, October 2nd at 1800 (6 p.m.) their "system is down" what a fricken joke! I think I am completely done with these yahoos at this location.

Ok so I had not had schlotzskys since I was a child! The one store they had in my town closed. I went there and wasn't sure which sandwich had earned such a tasty memory in my mind... so I ordered the original. FANTASTIC! It was literally a good feeling biting into it and reminiscing a happier time. I ordered some Cinnabon since they had it there and I also don't have that often. I got 6 "mini" cinnamon rolls for 10 bucks... ouch. Besides the price of the cinnamon rolls everything else was amazing 👏

Food was good as usual. Front service was aweful. Too busy filling take out orders to acknowledge the eat-in guests. The restaurant was absolutely filthy. Trash on the floor, trash on tables, barely a table clean, fountain drink area was gross. Tea looked like it had been sitting forever. I have experienced this the past couple times I have dined in.

Employees were quite nice. Food was pretty good. Tea was terrible as if it had been sitting all day. And the place was quite dirty.
