Olivia was awesome. She made the application process for our passports effortless. My wife and I were amazed. If I could give ten stars I would.

I made a phone call to see about getting an appointment and the gentleman that answered the phone was very rude. No one needs to be talked down to... good thing there are other places to go to get your passport.

Do not let the reviews scare you. Both workers were extremely helpful and friendly. In and out very quick. I was actually early for my appointment because I didn't want to be late. I thought I would have to wait until my time but they saw me waiting and called me over.

To renew a passport you need, Expired adult passport DS-82 Renewal Form Picture 2 x 2 with a white background Check or Money order for $110 for Passport book or $15 for the card. $7.75 to mail it out Priority Mail with tracking to the U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE. $134.00 total if you use a debit card which is the easiest way in my opinion.
My husband and I would need a passport for travel to Europe in September. Are we able to get our passports there? These would be new.
Yes we do take high quality passport photos for $15 .

I just went in and made an appointment, because I couldn't figure it out either.
The best place to find that answer is on the web. But the folks here are very helpful with info and the paperwork that you would need. Stop over. They are not busy from what I have seen.

You'll need to apply for a new passport. Kids age under 18 requires to apply as a new passport. You'll need to bring original copy of their birth certificate or use their old passport as proof of citizenship. 2 passport photos and parents approval from both sides. They will ask for parents present with id. And filled form ds11 I believe or they have the forms in the office. Check for $80 and some processing fee $35. You can also take kids pics at the office as well.
