Even in jail a inmate is allowed one phone call. My daughter hasn't been in this facility for seventy two hours and already has been punished for wearing a jacket despite how cold it is. Sounds more like a death camp.

Again, this is a business. If you are the legal guardian you can speak with your child's HSP and get all the answers you need. It's not actually fair that you're posting reviews of an agency and you have NO idea what their protocol is. Call and ask questions. When I worked here, kids didn't get in trouble for wearing a jacket. If your daughter was lending/borrowing then she perhaps received a consequence for that. Hence, the reason she wasn't able to speak with you.

If a resident keeps getting wrote up due to their own actions the time can restart therefore unable to make phone calls unless they are with their hsp and sometimes birthdays and certain holidays
