Should get 0 stars. Hyundai of Myrtle Beach set up a rental through them for a recall on seized engine of my Santa Fe. They said all they had was a mini van for me. I drove it for a couple days and felt unsafe as it's a bus in length. The associate, Drew, told me he can't help me because feeling unsafe is a personal preference. How is feeling unsafe a personal preference?

Due to my car being rear ended and needing work done to fix it, I Had a reservation to pick up a car at 5:00PM, and made the reservation days in advance. I live almost an hour away from this location and this is the only place the persons insurance would allow me to get a rental. Got there after a long drive in traffic, and they had gave my car to someone else, telling me to “come check back tomorrow” I DON’T HAVE A CAR! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO JUST “check back”? Honestly absurd customer service. Don’t go here.

Extremely RUDE!!! They will purposely over charge with no explanation! Very unprofessional, I can not stress enough how Extremely rude this location is. Hertz in general is not a great company! Take your money else where! 0 Stars!!

A credit card. Shouldn't need anything else. If you don't have car insurance that might be an issue but you can always call and ask. They are quite helpful.
