I cannot say enough good things about the experience with this team, they were responsive from first engagement with Linda, in the office, to final inspection of new (beautiful) roof with their crew supervisor, Alex. We just moved to the area and had reach out to a few roofers with a desperate plea for a new roof. Up & Over Roofing did not oversell and they certainly did not under-deliver. I should mention that the owner even came out on a Sunday to look at our roof, offered a fair competitive price, and a quick replacement timeline. They were fast, efficient, courteous, and professional. Alex Sampson clearly communicated each step, was available for any questions, and made sure our property was left unscathed. It is one thing to find a team that is good at their job, but it puts them at another level when you couple that with kindness.
