Wheel chairs were noticed being delivered to where the tram ride ends.

I did not see any there. But calling wouldn't hurt, they might have them stored where you cannot see them.

Not sure about the electric carts, you may have to bring your own, but Grant’s Farm is a wheelchair accessible facility. Their trams are also wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair rentals are available for $5.

I honestly don't know. I didn't see anyone with one while I was there
