I dnt live there but I'm out there alot and there's a good many mobile homes and campers that have add-ons and remodeled for sale. When it comes to modular homes I'm not sure. I'm not sure but I think the lot rent is anywhere from 400-500$ a mth. Location location location... It's in the best location area! Everything is right near.
