Don’t rent unit 903. It was dirty (toilets never cleaned, really gross), dirty rugs, toe nails on floor. There was mold in the bathroom so bad we didn’t use the shower. Half the electric outlets didn’t work and many light bulbs were missing from lamps. Place was very outdated. Balcony furniture not comfortable at all and very old, paint was coming off. Location was great and other units were nice, this one isn’t. Elliot rentals keep erasing reviews but believe me you don’t want this unit!

Beautifully clean and maintained oceanfront building. Residents there are pleasant and helpful. Beautiful views and everything you could want or need is within walking distance. Love this building and condos.

Great location. Near store near restaurant and also live music played near spring towers is a bonus !

Ricko rolled one 420

Was a ok place to stay, had some problems with the TVs. 2 out of 4 worked. I had to purchase a set of rabbit ears so my wife and I could try to enjoy tv before we went to sleep. The sliding glass door to the balcony had a broken handle. Microwave door was broken and the ice maker was broken. I know that this is a busy time of year and people in and out of rooms it's hard to keep everything working. Thanks to a great guy that works there in the evening for trying to help us. His name is Sam and he is a great guy. Thanks Sam!
