Excellent experience. I was in great pain / kidney stone/ I was received immediately/ got into a nice private room/ super friendly nurses and doctors, had all exams done in about 2 hours.Very good.

This was the worst experience I have ever dealt with as far as medical help. My 74 year old uncle was taken there after a fall and when I got there the medical staff had already released him having done no test or head scan. I tried to get them to transfer him to another hospital and they refused saying there was no medical reason to do so. The same night I took my uncle to Sea Coast and he is in ICU and not expected to live.

UNBELIEVABLE. My elderly mother fell down the steps and they took her here. She was bleeding and hurt. She returned home later with the same bloody wound...they didn't even clean it let alone look at it, put a bandaid on it anything! What if she had glass or a splinter or ANYTHING in it?! Don't take anyone you actually care about here. What is this world we are living in..a DOG would lick the wound clean? A stranger would give a persona bandaid and help clean it and these people couldn't be bothered. I'm across country and I'm furious. Hippocratic oath my a$$. Update: my brother had to travel down there from Indiana to care for my mother. We discovered her unable to hardly function still with scrapes and scabs. She was more concerned that she bothered them. We found out on her paperwork they said they examined her, did lab work, etc. They never touched her, x-rayed the wrong part of her body, did no lab work, and a Dr came in when she was doing registration said he'd come back and noone came back until she asked if they forgot her which they did. My brother visited the location today to discuss why they treated her this way and lied on her paperwork. They didn't seem to care at all and had two security guards called in. Probably smart but unnecessary. Again, this is the treatment that seniors can look forward to here it seems and God forbid not having someone to advocate for you.
