Is there outdoor seating and are dogs welcome?

Not inside the restaurant No Outdoor Seating For them and no dogs aloud There are other outdoor cafe's around the area.

I was there 2 weeks ago and upstairs there is outdoor seating along the park and a woman had a larger German shepherd with her. She ate and was there for over an hour. No one said a word to her.

Yes..outside. you can take to bar downstairs. They dont serve food

Yes, upstairs outdoor seating. No dogs though...but you can bring your dogs to the beer garden in the courtyard.

There's tables outside upstairs but I don't remember ever seeing anyone seated at them. No idea about dogs.
