This place would get 5 stars if their drink prices weren't so high. Great spot to watch the tubers on the river and have some cocktails. Food is decent but the prices for adult beverages are too high. $24 for a double cocktail and a beer. That should be closer to $15 or so.

Nice laid back atmosphere. Beer is a little high. It's $14 for the first mug and draft then $10 for refills. Amazing view of the river. Great if you want live music. You do have to order your own food then sit down but not that big of a deal.

Beautiful place to watch the river flow by in the heart of Helen. Great live music, fun atmosphere, my hubby enjoys the beer. Food. Is delisous Ruben and Chicken fajita nachos but little pricey. Friendly service.

The atmosphere was great. Their margaritas were not. The margarita on ice cubes was okay, not much flavor but the frozen margarita was awful. It had crunchy little balls of ice in it and flavor was weak. We ordered chicken nachos and we were disappointed ☹️. The flavor was not there, and the presentation was horrible, piled up on a black plastic disposable plate. Not enough toppings for the chips. My nachos at home taste better and my margaritas! It's really sad because they have a beautiful location, they need to work on their food and their drinks. 😔

Yes, there are ash trays near the river seats. I'm not sure about the rules closer to the interior.
The covid practices at the margarita deck are if you want to wear a mask then wear a mask. If you don't want to then don't. Be kind and courteous whether you're wearing a mask or not. Remember when you're on the deck but eating and drinking are the main concern. People are dancing having a great time. also they sanitize the tables as often as they can. There is hand sanitizer and soap in the bathrooms there is hand sanitizer usually somewhere on the deck or inside the lobby area for people to use. Most of it is up to everyone and their common sense. We're all adults.
I'm not sure but I don't see why not
Sure, seemed friendly enough.
Around 7:30 or 8 pm
No age limit they sell food and they are family friendly
Paul's is lame and overpriced they don't even have a countdown
It was actually a trick question I work there they don't allow dogs on the deck just FYI
