Had a lot of fun here yesterday! It was nice and sunny with a little heat, but the river kept us nice and cool! I haven't been tubing in years, so I had a lot of fun! Will definitely do it again sometime!

This one was hard to rate because it was not a great experience but I had nothing to do with the business itself. Everyone there was great and the prices were reasonable. The issue was the water level. The water was so low we spent more time fighting to get unstuck from rocks or other floaters then we did actually floating. Now, when you hit a spot where the water is deeper it was fun and relaxing.

If you want to go tubing when visiting Helen I can't recommend anywhere but cool river tubing. Good prices, great staff, and you can buy a push stick and take it as a souvenir. I would have 5 starred it but when I got back to the hotel room my hand was black and the cool river tubing logo was rubbed off our sticks. Such a shame but it gives me a opportunity to decorate our sticks. I recommend not touching the logo part....it will be tough lol

Fun and refreshing. Mostly relaxing. Beautiful views. Convenient ride. Nice shop. Occasionally get stuck. Push stick definitely recommended. Painful if you hit a rock or branch in the wrong place. A bit pricey for what it is.

Long trip is 2 hours and short trip is 1 hour. It is also 10 per person! We went 2 weeks ago and had a great time!
Our whole group wore shorts and shirts, but there were several groups in just swimsuits. Biggest thing is to wear water shoes, not just flip flops, as you'll have to push off rocks and trees.
I bring my pitbull I've seen lab and huskies too they all happy relaxed
Tubing is open, the water is moving fast, the long trip only takes about an hour and a half instead of two hours.
Just went last week, it's $10, $5 for the stick (highly recommend), free parking, either take the bus or take two cars, leave one at the top of the Mountain and one at the end of the river
You'll be fine, they give life vests and the rocks are not scary. I highly recommend getting a push stick so you don't get stuck atop The rocks or between. The water isn't very deep either, most of the time quite shallow.
Yes and it's $14 p/person. Sticks are $5 and connecting straps and life vests for kids are free.
There are no alligators but occasionally a few lost crocs are in it. Usually the left foot. But don't worry those kinds of Crocs don't have teeth
