Used to work at Staples until a few months ago. Most of them do carry the bottles of ink for fountain pens. They also carry the fountain pen cartridges if that's what you need.
This location does have fountain pen ink refills for multiple brands. If your pen is a common brand they probably have the refills in stock. You could also check the availability online as well.
