Update They contacted me and apologized for me for the delay and explained the parts are delayed not due to them. They was very nice and explained my options. We made other arrangements and I am now pleased to get everything corrected. Gave a date 8 weeks. It’s been 10 still no solid date.

I purchased windows and doors in 2014. I contacted this company recently regarding issues with paint coming off inside of door window panes and on decorative trim. I was told that company they bought doors from went out of business and I would have to pay for any repairs. In hind sight I would not purchase anything from this company. Future buyers think twice before buying from this Greenville NC based company.

I have had Carolina Windows and Doors install insulated windows and aluminum trim all around the house and the work was perfect! They had to replace 2 windows that had argon leak. Windows were replaced so well you couldn’t tell they had did it. The best work crew!
