I was sent a message to answer this question. I believe it refers to replacing the screen on a smart phone. I did not know staples offered that service. I believe there is a place in the shopping center across the street that offers it, though it seems like a cell service store. However, they will not be able to answer that question without knowing the type of phone.
They do and you can call them for pricing. Most likely by the pound. Check their website for coupons.

Used to work at Staples until a few months ago. Most of them do carry the bottles of ink for fountain pens. They also carry the fountain pen cartridges if that's what you need.
Yes Staples was helpful. They were short staffed but cashier called the manager who showed me where to find item I was looking for.
