NOT SURE if Hobby lobby will be open on NEW YEARS DAY.... I was thinking they are going to be...... BUT I'd call to make sure... I didn't see any kind of special hour's up when I was there last time about this specific date... Good Luck! ONE of my very favorite places to go look and yesss shop!
