It's a wonderful place! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Lots of smiles. You can tell the staff genuinely cares for the residents. The activities are outstanding! They even have an indoor pool!

Yes. At least small pets are allowed. I am not certain about bigger ones.

Does Mckendree accept TennCare? I really need help with my daily care, but want to maintain my independence as much as possible, and do they provide that.

I think that they do but I would not live at mckendree there staff is horrible and they don't take care of patients. My mom was there one day and had to be readmitted to the hospital because I didn't take care of her like they should have. She ended up with lots of infections
