I would have given 5 stars but this purchase started off really bad. I checked the EE website to see if the closest store had the TV I wanted (Hisense 55U6G) and it said they did, so I drove 25 miles to get it. They didn't have it and said not to trust what the website shows, always call. Noted. They apologized sincerely and called the next closest store and they had it. Drove another 15 miles to that store and bought the TV I wanted. They were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.

My initial dealings with Electronic Express in Hermitage, TN was a great experience! The entire team were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I needed guidance about the ideal products for two environments (TV, printer, etc.). I was impressed by their listening skills and cost-effective solutions. I primarily worked with Joe, with input from Billy, Silvik, Dale and William. I look forward to returning to the store for future purchases!

Employees are nice and helpful. Although, thought they were the place to go to for electronics and the parts that go with but apparently not. They can order it for you though
