Outstanding property and staff, truly incredible. Only issue is that many of the rooms are far away. Having said that, rooms and everything else about the property is a fantastic experience.

Beautiful rooms and property, but quite badly run. 3x we had issues with instructors not showing up for group classes we had booked. front desk & activities people & gym staff all having conflicting schedules / information, etc. most activities also cost an additional fee for resort guests (35 to borrow some tennis rackets.. $95 to have someone explain the local wildlife.. etc). Restaurant had good food but poorly made cocktails. I’d give it a solid 4.5 for the rooms, staff & views, if it weren’t for the price. coupling that with our activities experiences, and our disappointment since we were actually so excited for them - it was just poor value

This review is based on multiple stays to the resort. Beautiful place, great location, except the service. There are just way too many things that go wrong and that takes away from the overall experience - I hope they can improve in this area.
