Depends of traffic, 30-60 mins perhaps. Though I would stay off this road. The county pretty much tickets everyone who's not a local with multiple speed traps.
Carmel Valley Ranch is only 10-15 minutes to Carmel Beach, one of the best and most beautiful beaches in the world!
